My question is: what color is the hacker’s hat?  Is he a black hat hacker, or a white hat hacker?  Or maybe the elusive red hat hacker?  (That was my round-about way of answering your question, lol)

Bill Buxton describes very nicely, the Super Trio…The combination and kind of people it takes to create innovation. This graphic is a description of part of his slide deck. Are you a “T” shaped designer, technologist, or business person? Who is in your Trio?

I couldn’t agree more.  I’m currently lacking in the business department, but that’s more an experience thing than the other two.
